Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to promote telemedicine and health ATM services in the rural areas of the state and to distribute household items to all eligible rural families by December. After the civic elections were over, on Monday the Chief Minister got busy in giving the message of development works and better administration. Yogi reviewed various schemes with the officials of the government and gave necessary guidelines. The Chief Minister directed to start the Mathrubhumi Yojana formally and implement such a scheme in urban areas as well.

In a meeting held at the Chief Minister’s residence, CM Yogi Adityanath instructed to promote the facilities of teleconsultation and health ATMs to make health services accessible in rural areas. He said that with this the patients of remote areas would be able to get consultation from good doctors. He directed to deploy trained manpower for Health ATMs. The Chief Minister said that programs like Communicable Disease Campaign should be continued continuously. He instructed to increase the activity for prevention of encephalitis in Gorakhpur, Basti and Devipatan divisions, malaria in Bareilly and neighboring divisions and Chikungunya in Bundelkhand. The Chief Minister said that programs like Swamitva, Gharoni and Varasat have brought relief to the public. So far, houses have been distributed to more than 56.17 lakh villagers. He said that by December all the eligible villagers should get “Gharauni” certificate giving ownership rights of their houses. Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, Finance Minister Suresh Khanna and other ministers were present in the meeting.

Need for improvement in tehsils

The Chief Minister said that there is a need for major improvement in the functioning of tehsils. Concerted efforts will have to be made regarding transparency and timeliness. He said that the redressal of complaints and problems should be done within the prescribed time limit. Cases related to inheritance and succession should not be kept unnecessarily pending. He also directed to prepare a detailed action plan to improve the functioning of tehsils.

Give incentives to investors on time

The Chief Minister instructed the investors setting up industrial units in the state to pay incentives in a timely manner as per the policy. He said that the Industrial Development Department should give it top priority.
